kinda shitty to use Ariel for that message though?! the purpose of her story was that SHE knew what was best for her, not her father, not her sisters, not anyone but her. SHE wanted to be on land and be with Eric, and saying that she’ll regret that choice later and want to take it all back, and that she changed “for society” is totally invalidating one of the main messages of the movie, which is that you should be able to be make your own choices, take risks to achieve what you know is best for you, even if your friends and family think they know what’s best.

if you want to send a message about the original little mermaid where the prince doesn’t give two shits about her and she wants to return to the sea but can’t, then don’t put Disney’s fucking face on it because I’ll punch you forever

Vanellope von Schweetz pt. 1

Hey guys! So I’m starting work on a new costume (seems like I can’t get anything started recently…ugh) and it’s going to be Vanellope von Schweetz from Wreck-it Ralph!

“This Happy Place” and “Young at Heart” by MlleBee (previously Eiko-Chan).

She stopped drawing a while ago, shortly after switching dA accounts and deleting all of her old artwork. I really, really miss being able to look through her gallery, because I loved her work. I was lucky enough to have these two images saved to my computer before she removed them.

Some total asshole on dA apparently made my gallery their personal project and got some of my Disney lesbians pictures removed. SIGH. Painted some clothes on Ariel and reuploaded, please go check it out! They were some of my most popular deviations and now I have to start from scratch on views, favs, etc.

It’s impossible to MENTION Fantasia’s Pastoral Suite (the centaurettes)…

…without someone bringing up the edited-out African-American centaurette from one of the scenes, as if we somehow can’t both know about that scene AND be Disney fans.

I’m aware, and I’m still a fan, not just of Disney, but of that particular animation sequence. Fantasia was made in the 40’s, and racism was incredibly common. In case you didn’t notice, that scene was CUT. I would say that’s actually a pretty positive thing—that in the forties, someone had the presence of mind to realize it was unacceptable.

Now leave my centaurette tag alone. :T

This can be used for everything from child-appropriate, platonic crossovers to…yeah. But be careful, some of these ladies are underage (Snow White, Ariel) even though I specifically made sure not to include Alice and Wendy and such.
